Birmingham
Lacrosse Club (BLC) was formed in the 1930’s,
and has gone from strength to strength to
the present day.
In the 1950’s and 1960’s BLC
played fixtures against Clubs and Physical
Education Colleges with a speciality for
lacrosse. These Clubs included Anstey P.E.
College, Bedford P.E. College, Tamworth
& Nuneaton Clubs, Studley College, Worcester
Club, Malvern Club and Nottingham Club.
Present day Birmingham Lacrosse now has a Men's Lacrosse Team, Women's Lacrosse Team and a Junior Development Lacrosse Team.
The Club welcomes players of all ages and
abilities for training, matches and social
events. The Club hosts training weekends
for the Midlands Territorial Teams which
Club members have the opportunity to trial
for, who then feed into the National Teams.
